Rating: 6 Kay says: The item was very heavy and the courier left it on the doorstep. As a mature woman, I struggled to get it into the house - help would have been appreciated. The box was also slightly damaged resulting in one edge of the desktop being marked. However, when assembled, the desk is sturdy and good value for money.

Ordering process was simple and well-documented, with updates regarding delivery very soon after placing order. Given a date and time window and courier contacted me when he arrived at the house as I was at vets with dogs at the time. He tried the neighbours but as they were out I suggested he leave packages round back of house at rear door out of sight of road. This was done and he messaged a picture of items showing safely delivered. Confirmed this when I got home and messaged to thank driver for such an excellent service.

Instructions could be better. It took 2 of us a lot longer than the 60 minutes stated. not for the faint hearted but worth the effort in the end.

Very easy to assemble, backed up by the fact I put it up myself.
