Rating: 8 Ram says: 121 were fantastic to deal with, quick responses to messages and the most competitive price. The supplier dispatched the desk quickly but on assembly one of the captive nuts had failed and one metal leg had a small dent/crease in it from transport. Ultimately I didn't bother asking for replacements as they couldn't be seen and the desk is sturdy enough. I would buy again from 121.

Unfortunately managed to install part 1 and 2 wrong way round (quick look at instructions and parts look identical but screw holes for fixing plate wrong way round!... had to unscrew and re-screw; but didn't take long. Desk was well packaged and arrived promptly. Would definitely use this company again.
