Rating: 10 Prompt service. The chair arrived with some damage caused in transit. I contacted 1-2-1 who quickly sorted out the issue. Damaged parts were replace within a couple of days. Chair itself is good quality and comfortable.

Rating: 10 Ordered this chair at 1530 on Thurs, expecting delivery (hoping for !)on Sat - it turned up at 1100 on Friday. Absolutely brilliant service. My local "dept store" was asking £209 for this chair, alledgedly with £60 off the usual price, plus £35 delivery. I certainly know where to look first the next time I need any home furniture. Well done 121 !!! Oh, by the way, the chair is super...................

We certainly had excellent communication and customer service from 121 Office Furniture and would highly recommend them. We easily assembled the chair and it is very comfortable and looks stylish.
