Rating: 10 Really comfortable! As a self employed 16 stone lump that lives at my desk for more like 12+ hours a day - I wish my old chair had broken chair much sooner! The foam padding is quite soft which, I think, adds to its comfort. But I guess time will tell whether or not that comes at the expense of longevity before it loses that "spongy-ness"! And the height-adjustable head-rest makes this chair a lot more comfortable than its predecessor. Delivery was quick & within the estimated timeframe - The delivery company sent a text the day before with a 3 hour window. I e-mailed 121 with a question which was promptly and accurately replied to. All good - Thanks 121!
Rating: 10 I can't fault the seller. The order process was straightforward and the product was delivered promptly and well packaged. However, the chair itself was not all it is cracked up to be. I purchased it because it is rated 'heavy duty - up to 23,6 stone, and for up to 8 hours use. I'm 19 stone and I've had past problems with the gas lift slowly sinking. The chair looks OK, (although nothing to write home about) but it is far from comfortable, it could do with a thicker, more padded seat squab. I expected more for the money.
