Rating: 10 The order arrived on time. As described, easy to put together, very comfortable and stylish. Excellent value considering other retailers were offering the same chair for £100 or so more.
Rating: 10 Fabulous service from 121. Initial order could not be completed but received a telephone call immediately to explain why and to offer a refund. No hesitation in ordering this chair as an alternative. It arrived well before the specified date and was easily assembled. Comfy to sit in but obviously cannot yet comment on its longevity. It appears solid enough and certainly has more space between the arms than my previous chair despite looking smaller in the room!
Rating: 8 Arrived earlier than expected and straightforward to put together. Nice chair, looks good, feels solid and good back support. Only 4 stars as although there is double padding, on the seat, it feels 'soft' and could do with being a little firmer and more supportive.
