Rating: 4 Chair is excellent and happy with it, price was good and that's where it ends. Delivery was absolutely woeful and delivery date wasn't announced until the day itnarrived , I was out and delivery driver ignored the saved "Delivery Instructions" left on their App (which was accepted) and just literally put it in garden and left. Why bother trying to help and leave instructions for a safe place when they can't be bothered. ••••• Michael @ 121 Responded: This is not what we expect of the couriers therefor apologies for this. Certainly not what we normally hear about! We will feed this back to the courier
