Rating: 10 The item arrived ahead of the given delivery date but this was a positive for me as my old office chair was in a pretty bad state. The chair itself arrived in good condition and well packaged. Assembly was easy and the chair was put to use in about 10 minutes. The chair is extremely comfortable and supportive for the back. The cushion is well padded for both the seat and the back and the arms are easily adjusted. It is worth noting that the height of the back support can be adjusted without tools which makes it much easier to find the perfect position. Overall, I would give 1-2-1 office furniture and the chair a 5 star rating.
